Bipolar disorder is a part of me, but not all of me.
Reaching out to family members and friends is an excellent start toward building your support system. It may also be helpful to join an outside support group. Sharing with people who have had similar experiences may help you gain a greater understanding of your illness and motivate you to continue following your bipolar disorder treatment plan and continue reaching for your goals.
